Don’t worry about extra costs. WilderBeings offers free fast shipping for all products. We work with many different shipping companies to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible.

Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please get in contact with us through this form. 

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. WilderBeing’s products are manufactured on demand. That means that we don’t hold stock of our products to avoid potential waste. We only produce our products after an order has been placed. For this reason, we encourage our clients to check the size guide available for every product to ensure that they will be happy with their order.
